If you're experiencing a problem with any of my programs please send me an email containing the information below.

I will try to respond as soon as possible.

If your email is bounced back to you then please try again using another email provider. It may be that your ISP has been put on a blacklist of companies who forward spam.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

1. What version of the program are you using?

2. What operating system are you using?

3. What is the nature of the problem?

4. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it, leaving a blank line between steps.

5. If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed. (note: it is much harder to fix non-reproducible bugs).

6. If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please write down the exact text displayed.

7. If you can, attach to the email a saved copy of any data collected, or a screen snapshot. I can then more easily try to reproduce the problem.

I may need to contact you for more information if I have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.
